Alias: Mishi
Name: Mishi
Age: immortal, looks 25
Species: Angel
Species description:
She looks like an average human being. When her wings are tucked in, she has white scars along her shoulder blades. When they're out, they're white, feathered and reach from above her head to a few inches above the ground.
Powers:
Intangibility- she make it so anything can just pass through her.
Changeling- she can change her form to any creature or being. However, she doesn't gain extra powers by changing.
Glamor- she can change anything about her appearance at will, her hair, clothes, height. She can also do this for other people, but the effects only last when she's in the same room.
Job:
Mishi is head designer of TAS Corp. It's her job to decorate all the spaces within the building. It is also her job to enforce dress codes and behavior rules. Basically, she's responsible for making the building and everyone in it look good.
Appearance:
Because of her glamor power, Mishi's appearance is almost constantly changing. Currently though she seems to favor a tall female form with pale, flawless skin; straight, thick, bright red hair that goes down to her waist; and moss green eyes. Her body is slender with the custom curves most females have.
At the office, Mishi often dresses in formal business attire: pencil skirts, blazers, silk tank tops, and high heels. Her hair is usually fashionably down in soft waves. In her own time though, comfort reigns. She'll wear jeans and t-shirts most often but can occasionally be seen in loose cotton dresses with flipflops on her feet.
Personality:
Able, determined, strong-willed, intelligent: all of those things describe Mishi. However, they are not all she is. She loves to laugh and giggle and goof off and just be silly. She can be hyper and playful, but she tends to get sulky if she's brushed aside. This happens pretty often as before her wild side can come out, she has to feel comfortable around you. Before that, she will come off as shy, anxious, quiet, and maybe even boring. The key is to get her laughing first. She usually forgets her nervousness if she's laughing.
History: Mishi came to TAS Land from far away. She was drawn her by a billboard advertising the area. It looked pretty, so she decided to check out the place. Upon her arrival, Mishi came across a few residents talking in a cafe. They were talking about a job opening, and all at once, she decided she wanted that job. It took several long months to approve her, and at the end, she almost didn't get it because the old employee came back from vacation suddenly. She got it though and was pretty pleased with herself.
In between arriving at TAS and acquiring her job, Mishi met some good friends. She took up temporary employment as a comic writer for one of the cities newspapers. This allowed her to rent a very small apartment. In these early months, she spent most of her time exploring the area and becoming more comfortable in her new home. It was during this time that she met Atrus. He was actually the person who reviewed her job application...and denied it over one word. Mishi became very upset with him because who denies an application over one word. He seemed to like her spunk and let her submit another application; this one he approved. After that, he became her mediator. Whenever she would get upset with other employees, they would send him in to calm her down. This lead to friendship, which became love, and eventually the two were married.
After Mishi achieved her desired position in TAS Corp. there was a great battle between Shu, the vice president, and many other employees. Shu had decided that it was time for a change, and he wiped out all the employee database, effectively firing everyone. He said they could be rehired if they filled out a job application again. This was no big deal to Mishi; she'd saved her application to a file, so all she had to do was hand it in. Others were not so lucky. They raged at Shu for days. Not only did Shu fire them, but he also removed their positions from the company. Eventually, things became quiet, too quiet, and it was discovered that all of the fired employees had left TAS to join a new company. Over half of the company was gone now. This became known as The Great Rift.
Mishi stayed...or tried to stay. With over half its citizens just vanished, TAS began to flounder and suffer. Mishi and the other heads tried to keep it going, but each soon wandered off in turn. Occasionally, someone will return and attempt to restore the city, but each time they failed. Now it's Mishi's turn, and she is determined to fill the streets again...or die trying.
Special notes:
Mishi is married to Atrus.
